All items will be shipped within 3-4 working days upon payment.

We will notify you by email once your purchase has been collected and a tracking number issued.

We offer free packing, shipping and insurance on every item sold for UK delivery.

If you require the item to be delivered outside the UK, please contact us for a quote.

We intend to send all purchases via a reputable postage service that best suits your product, professionally packaged by our in-house team.

Please be aware that all items are insured with a replacement value, and if your item is going outside of the UK, your country may use this as a guide for import duties it may incur and be the responsibility of the receiver of the item.

The shipping address must match the address on the payment method, so please make adjustments when necessary.

Our goal is to ship items using a reliable and trusted company, whether that may be a packed service or blanket courier service. Do inspect your item(s) once they arrive in the unlikely event there is damage from transport. If there is damage, please contact us immediately and take photos to document the situation.

Refunds

We are confident of our descriptions, attributions and periods. But if you find we are wrong, we will happily return in full the purchase price. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Insurance, price of posting and tracking is necessary, and once received a refund will be sent immediately.
